Haywire wins Bandslam!

Our band’s name is “HAYWIRE” and we entered the Band Slam competition in Hamilton on Friday 4 August. We finished the competition at 10:30pm we got really good results. It was really cool seeing all the other bands with a lot of different styles. We could see what worked well and what didn’t.

Matthew McFadden won Best Guitarist, Jackson Boswell won Best Drummer and...we won the competition!!!

We were able to score $250 which we believe should go to our music department.
It was a great night and everyone enjoyed it!
